Production times vary based on design complexity. Many custom rugs are completed in as little as 5 days, while most orders are finished and shipped within 1–2 weeks after design approval and payment. Because every rug is handmade, it requires time for crafting and a 24-hour drying period before being carefully packaged and shipped. You’ll receive an estimated completion date before production begins.

Absolutely. We welcome custom artwork, logos, illustrations, photographs, and inspiration images. If needed, we can help adjust your design to ensure it translates well into a handcrafted rug.

Most designs can be recreated as rugs; however, some highly detailed images, small text, complex gradients, or copyrighted artwork may require modifications. We review every design before production and will discuss any necessary adjustments with you.

Not always. To reduce turnaround times, we may begin designing and producing your custom rug before payment is received. However, all custom orders must be paid in full before they can be shipped or delivered.

Once your rug is complete, we will notify you. Payment is due within 14 days of that notification unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If payment is not received within that timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer the rug for sale.

You have 24 hours to contact us to make any changes. Once production begins changes will not be possible. We encourage customers to carefully review and approve their design before finalizing their order.
